[Intro] Based in Bologna, Italy, the Net.Institute is a "low-tech" architectural
structure created to "hack the urbanistic code." It is a virtual community of
users that defines the mediascape by constantly reshaping its content and
structure. This site includes a number of manifestos and relies heavily on
theory and concept to deliver its message of nonconformity.
